What we collect, and why

Plain language for the Evidence Network. We do not weaken the controls described here.

What we collect. If you start a Proof, we store the question you typed, optional files you upload, and a finding package. If you create an account, we store an email address and a password hash. Server logs may include an IP address for security and rate limiting.

Why. We keep this so we can run the investigation, show you Your Evidence Desk, and protect the service. We do not sell this information. We do not use it as an investor register.

Guest use. You can start without an account. Guest cases are bound to this browser for 30 days. Another browser cannot open your case with the case ID alone.

Retention. Guest cases and their files expire after 30 days unless you claim them onto an account. Claimed cases stay with that account until you delete the account or ask us to remove a case.

Accounts. Creating an account stores an email and a password hash. Email verification is not available until a transactional mailer is configured. You can request account deletion from the account page.

Uploads. JPEG, PNG, WebP, GIF, MP4, WebM, PDF and TXT up to 25 MB may be accepted for scanning. Uploads are treated as hostile. They are not a public-by-default evidence library. Public demonstration reports on /examples are labelled demonstrations and are not customer uploads.

Deletion. Email ops@duplios.world to request deletion of an account, a guest case, or an uploaded file. Guest cookies last 30 days or until the browser clears them.

Security. Cases are not published by guessing a sequential ID. Admin operators with a session may review desk cases to operate the service. We do not claim an external security audit.

Third parties. We do not sell your list. Transactional email, if later enabled, would be sent through a mailer we configure. Market-price widgets are not part of the Evidence Network journey.
