Is Duplios an Artificial Intelligence platform?

No. Artificial Intelligence is one of several controlled techniques used inside Duplios. Decision Intelligence is the product. Human accountability remains with the authorised institution and decision owner.

Does Duplios make government decisions?

No. Duplios recommends. Authorised officials and institutions decide. Every recommendation remains subject to human judgement.

Can Duplios replace officials or analysts?

No. Duplios supports public servants with evidence-grounded analysis. It does not replace elected representatives, officials, analysts or subject-matter experts.

How does Duplios handle incomplete evidence?

Incomplete, historical, proxy or conflicting evidence is labelled. Duplios does not convert uncertainty into false certainty, and it does not invent missing national statistics.

Does Duplios use historical information?

Yes, when relevant — and historical information is labelled as historical. Age, limitations and fitness for the current decision remain visible.

How are analytical models controlled?

Models used for calculations must declare purpose, assumptions, limitations, validation status and approval. Unsupported outputs are refused rather than invented.

Can Duplios learn from previous decisions?

Yes. Outcomes and potential lessons can be captured so institutions improve over time — under governance, not as silent auto-policy.

Is learning automatically applied?

No. Learning is never silent. Potential lessons are steward-reviewed before they may influence future recommendations.

What is Government Operating Intelligence?

Government Operating Intelligence is the day-to-day operating layer that helps institutions see priorities, signals and attention items — orchestrating existing Decision Intelligence capabilities without replacing human authority.

What are Operational Decision Capabilities?

Validated pathways that help Duplios support real government decisions — such as municipal expenditure optimisation, electricity resilience and water security — through evidence, analysis, recommendation, implementation and monitoring.

How do you determine whether a capability is operational?

Through a maturity model from Defined through Evidence Complete, Validated Models, Operational Capability, Outcome Validated and Reference Capability. A capability is not declared operational merely because software screens, workflows or APIs exist.

What is the Duplios Constitution?

The Duplios Constitution is the internal charter that defines purpose, human authority, evidence honesty, approved learning and architectural non-duplication. It governs how the platform may evolve.

Can institutions retain control of their information?

Yes. Duplios is designed for sovereign, institution-controlled deployment and operation under the organisation's own governance and security controls.

Is every recommendation auditable?

Yes. Decision activity, recommendations, changes, approvals and outcomes are recorded so a recommendation path can be reconstructed and challenged.

How is Duplios different from a chatbot?

Ask Duplios opens a Decision Workspace — evidence, confidence, methodology, recommendations, actions and a decision timeline — not free-form chat. Duplios is Decision Intelligence infrastructure. Recommendations remain explainable, challengeable and subject to authorised human judgement.

What is Ask Duplios?

Ask Duplios is how you start. You ask a question; Duplios builds an evidence-based Decision Workspace around it. Public sessions may use labelled illustrative data. Authenticated sessions use your organisation's evidence and engines. The interface is the same.
